The Auction will start on July 25, 2012 and go through Aug. 15th.  Junior suite is bigger than the normal rooms we have contracted for and more expensive, see information on room below. 

Rules for the auction are at the bottom of this page.

                 Highest three (3) bids submitted for the room will be avaiable for your viewing 24 hours a day.   Bids will be updated as received from Dave Holloway.
                 The top bid at midnight on Aug 16, 2012 wins the room for the amount listed.  Bids are sent to Dave Holloway and then sent to Dave Green for posting,
                 do not loose the bid because you tried to cut the time or amount of your bid too close.

1. Bids are for one (1) Junior Suites at the Atlanta/Marietta Hilton Hotel & Conference Center.
2. Suite is available for three (3) nights - Thursday, Friday, & Saturday nights, (9/20; 9/21; & 9/22). 
    - Upon check out you will not be charged for the room and any city or state room tax. 
     - Any food or drink service charges to the room including vehicle parking will be paid by the member on check out.
3. Bids may be made by phone or email.  Bids are not official until Recorded on this site.
5. Bids by Emails and phone will be made to Dave Holloway  (513) 451-3674 and cdholloway@aol.com
     then emailed to Dave Green by Dave Holloway and recorded.
6. Email bids sent to Dave Green are not valid. 
7. Bidders will receive a code and that code will be used on the website in place of names.
8. Bidders may bid by phone or email.
9. This page will be available on the website 24 hours a day.
10. Bidders may increase bids as auction proceeds as in any auction.
11. Bids will start at $400 and must be increased in $10 increments. 
          - Room rates for 3 nights in a standard room would be approximately $396 including taxes.
          - Room rates for 3 nights in a Junior Suite room would be approximately $516.  all room taxes are paid for this room.  + free breakfast see below additional details
12. The winner must pay the Association (Dave Holloway - President) for room before Aug. 30th, 2012
        and there is no refund if the room is not used.  
        - If a winner is unable to attend the reunion after winning a bid they may attempt to sell the room to
         another unit member - this site nor the association will conduct a second auction.
13. Winners must pay for room even if not used.    
14. Winners are responsible for making any previous reservation changes needed.

   Note From Dave Holloway about the room and it's extras

The room is a complimentary room which includes taxes, etc. It also includes the two breakfast buffet coupons for each night, which would be
six coupons for the three nights the room is available, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday nights, (9/20; 9/21; & 9/22)

The Junior Suite, is normally $159 per night (our special rate) is about 1 and a half times the size of a standard room. It has a king size bed, desk w/chair,
a sleeper sofa, coffee table and two padded lounge chairs. Besides the sleeper sofa, coffee table and padded arm chairs the only other difference is the fact
that the room is larger. All the other amenities are the same as the standard room. (TV, coffee maker, iron & ironing board, mini-frig, etc.)
