The Noel Garrison Fund

is a basketball scholarship fund set up in Noel's name. Those wishing to contribute to the fund should send checks (contributions) the Foundation chair Mike Scott. Please made out all checks to the SJRCC Foundation “Noel Garrison Fund” address all contributions to:
