Then Arrived in unit: Oct. 1968 -WO-1 Departed unit: May 1969 (wounded), - CWO 2 Duties in unit: Pilot, Smokey, Top Tiger ?? and Mustang 22 or 23. Other Assignments:
Aircraft Maintenance Training Department (AMTD), Ft. Eustis, VA. October
1968 to February 1970. Training: Basic at Ft Polk, LA, primary flight training at Mineral Wells, then Hunter AAF. After VN, recovered from injuries in Japan, then to Hunter AAF as an instructor. Earned commercial Helo, Fixed Wing and multi fixed wing ratings. Discharged after 4 years, Ohio national guard, retired after 23 years. DOS Army: 1990 Now Current Residence:
Occupation: I worked for General Motors in purchasing and retired in 1999, retired from the National Guard 1990. Family: Divorced, two daughters, Erin and Kathleen, both physical therapists. One grandson and one granddaughter living in Ohio. Hobbies: I am currently traveling the country in a motor home. I enjoy outdoor sports, Fishing , Riding Motorcycles, Golf, Skeet. and flying.
